SJC Teachers’ Diwali Celebration – 26th Oct’24
Diwali, the vibrant festival of lights, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervor by our school community. The teachers and students came together to make this occasion a memorable one.
The school was decorated with intricate rangoli designs, colorful streamers, and twinkling lights. The students created beautiful Diwali-themed crafts, such as lanterns, diyas, and greeting cards.
The festivities began with a special assembly, where teachers and students shared the significance and mythology behind Diwali. The students presented skits, songs, and dances, highlighting the triumph of light over darkness.
Diwali reminds us of the importance of kindness, compassion, and knowledge. Our teachers emphasized the values of tolerance, forgiveness, and unity, encouraging students to spread love and light in their communities.
The Diwali celebration was a resounding success, filled with joy, laughter, and warmth. We look forward to continuing this tradition and fostering a sense of community and cultural awareness among our students.
St. Joseph’s Convent Girls’ High School & Junior College, Kingsway, Nagpur wishes everyone a Happy Diwali.
